Todacell hires Greig Dowling and Christian Atack

Mobile ad network Todacell has appointed Greig Dowling as client services director, and Christian Atack as partnerships director.

Dowling, a former department head at Isobar Mobile, will be responsible for driving Todacell’s footprint across EMEA. Atack comes from Netbiscuits, and will lead the team responsible for growing the ad network's publisher network.
